  I've been a customer for >10 years now and love Madam Mam's delicious curries and soups. I usually go for the same dishes, green curry, kao soi, and F5 the flat noodle with mushrooms and Thai Basil, but once a month or so I explore the menu and try other dishes and always enjoy a great meal.
  I never had Thai food in Thailand, so I cannot judge the authenticity, but Sap's food tastes great to me. So far this is my favorite Thai "daily" restaurant in the US, where you get yummy food at a great price.
  Somewhere here I have to say that, since we moved to our new house, we eat either at Sap's or Madam Mam's, whichever is closer. The restaurants used to be part of the same chain and have a very similar menu.
  (To the manager: i love to know that your restaurant is cleaned well, but the chemicals you use to clean have a really strong scent and there are days that they interfere with the smell and taste of the food, please consider changing brand to less aggressive scents and deodorizer)

  In the past, I would rate my experience at the resturant a 4 star but yesterday I went to there and ordered the same item I have for 2 year or more (P56). The order arrived at the table with half or less the amount of food. The waitress stated they were giving half the order now. I ask is it half the price then? She said "no, same price." This dish is not cheep at $15.00 per dish and now only giving half the food. I will not be returning until I hear this has changed.

  My favorite place to Thai one on. :-) Huge menu, but we rarely open it. Portions are such that we always get two meals out of each visit. Love the brussel sprouts, pad thai, tom kha, and madam rolls.
